The Bean Haus Bakery & Café features a large variety of coffee drinks to choose from including their house blend, a Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, roasted especially for Bean Haus. They are known for having the best baked goods in Covington Kentucky. Tim Eversole, the owner sources locally grown fresh apples, peaches, pumpkins, and other items from area farmers. You won’t find canned fillings in any of their baked goods and all items are only available “in season” as they should be!
The Bean Haus offers a huge assortment of sweet and savory crepes, homemade sandwiches and breakfast available all day long.
Tim Eversole is a self professed computer geek. On a dare from a friend, he created Bean Haus Bakery and Cafe located at 640 Main Street in Mainstrasse Village Covington Ky in 2006 and the rest is history.
“There were a lot of great coffee shops, but we wanted to offer more,” explained Eversole. “We bake all our own bread, and do specialty orders, too. We have a café and a bakery to add to our coffee. We are a market driven company.”
Bean Haus is just one out of five restaurants on the original Mainstrasse Village Food Tour every Saturday from 10:30 am-1:30 pm.
