Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed the outing. Beth was wonderful at managing a rainy forecast and rearranged the walking path where she could in order to keep us out of the worst of it. The food at ALL locations was fantastic and the venues were a lot of fun. Beth's knowledge of both cultural and historical Cinci was amazing. The tour was a hit with our group! Highly recommended~

We were fortunate to take a 2nd tour with Riverside Food Tours on our trip to Cincinnati last weekend. The Ethnic Eats Tour was fun, full of history, and we definitely didn’t leave hungry! Jackie was our guide for the tour, and she was so knowledgeable about the history of OTR and all of the establishments. She has so much pride in her city, and she loves sharing it with others as a tour guide. She was so kind to answer all of our questions, took photos at each stop, and even shared lots of recommendations for unique travel options, restaurants and entertainment in Cincinnati. We will absolutely book more tours with Riverside Food Tours again on future trips.

My wife and I had a blast. It turned out that we were the only two on the tour that day which made it even better as we got to ask the tour guide David way more questions. We have visited the city before but we learned so much more on this tour. David was fantastic, patient and shared so many insights. If you are looking for a stress free way to enjoy learning more about the city and filling up your bellies with great food we highly recommend this tour.Best wishes,Nick and Jan.

Frequently asked questions
Most frequent questions and answers
A lot! The amount of food varies by tour, but on most tours, you’ll enjoy tastings from 6 different stops—offering a wide variety so there’s something for everyone. Most guests leave feeling like they’ve had a full meal.
On our Cocktail and Bourbon tours, the experience is more drink-focused, with expertly crafted beverages paired alongside light snacks.
The Cincy Top 10 Sites and Bites City Tour + Streetcar is best suited for children. The tastings are quick and easy, and the tour is fast-paced, stroller and budget-friendly. We welcome families with children on all our tours!
Regarding the other tours, it depends on the child’s age and attention span, so we leave it to the parents to decide if a 3-hour walking/streetcar tour is appropriate for their child. In our experience, children 10 and older, interested in history will enjoy the tour. Children five years and younger are free, but do not receive any food. Parents may share or bring snacks. The streetcar is stroller-friendly. Children ages six and older require a ticket.
